This association represents the next chapter in the Bellandia story and the team looks forward to working closely with Pact on their Annnandale Ridge and Wescape developments.

History
Founded as Bellandia Homes in 1966 in the Western Cape, the company has made a significant contribution to shaping the residential landscape into what it is today. Through the years, Bellandia has successfully completed numerous projects varying from public service and commercial developments to single residential and multi-storey sectional title apartments and has been lauded for its sensitivity to the natural environment.
Since its inception in Cape Town, Bellandia has grown and adapted in order to best meet core market demands. From a speculative building operation at inception, to plot-and-plan in the early 1970’s, Bellandia has since specialised in market-driven residential property development, including land procurement, design, finance provision, the supervision of construction processes, marketing and sales.
Today, Bellandia is one of the foremost residential property developers in the Western Cape and has branched out into other areas of the country with a specific focus on the Durban North Coast.
